Chris Larzalere specializes in representing clients for the leasing and sales of commercial office, industrial and retail properties in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area.
A native of Dallas, Chris was accepted into the Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin Business School. Mr. Larzalere transferred to The University of Arizona where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration–Finance in 2003.
Shortly thereafter, Mr. Larzalere received his Texas Commercial Real Estate License and began his Commercial Real Estate brokerage career with The Bradford Companies in 2007. Just one year later Mr. Larzalere was recognized as one of Dallas’ “Top Young Guns Under 35” with leasing and selling over 120,000 square feet in 2008 alone.
After four years at The Bradford Company he received his Texas Commercial Brokerage License and began OneSearch.
Chris is currently an active member of The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), a Licensed Texas Commercial Real Estate Broker and has completed nearly half a million square feet of commercial transactions.

Alex McCutchin specializes in representing clients for the leasing and sales of commercial office, industrial and retail properties in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
Alex was born in Dallas, TX but spent most of his childhood growing up in Raleigh, North Carolina where he pursued a career in commercial construction. At the age of 20 Mr. McCutchin joined the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Analyst. From 2004-2005 Alex was deployed to Baghdad, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 1st Calvary Division Headquarters Company.
After leaving the military, he decided to once again call Texas his home. Alex McCutchin currently manages over 12 acres of commercial real estate in Addison, TX and over 7,100 acres of farm and ranch property in North Texas.
He currently holds two licenses with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and has been a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) since 2008. Mr. McCutchin is also a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
