Underwriting-in the event of a lease situation, we provide you with a North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) leasing application, copy of driver's license, financials, company bio, business plan and website so you can make an informed and educated decision as possible. Once approved we provide you with original signed leases (typically with a personal guaranty), first month's rent and security deposit (usually equal to last month's rent)!

We pay for all marketing materials. No money out of your pocket until we bring you a qualified Tenant or Buyer. We just ask for a small percentage at closing which for the most part we will leave up to you and what you think is fair.
